How do I send / discuss my requirements prior to ordering?

By emailing info@fran-tastictreats.com with your request. You will be contacted to personally discuss your requirements.

How do I place an order?

By emailing info@fran-tastictreats.com with specific details, already agreed, and quantities.

How much in advance do I need to place my order?

Please allow minimum one week to make sure we can fit your order within the existing ones. For orders bigger then 100 cookies please allow an extra week.

How do I pay for my order?

By bank transfer to the bank details provided on the order confirmation e-mail. Orders need to be paid in advance

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum order will depend on the nature of the project. However a minimum order of 24 cookies is advisable.

How do I get my order?

By post to the provided address.

Do you cater for allergies / intolerances?

We have gluten and nut free options.

Do you have a vegan option?
